Would my boyfriend care?

I'm going to bamboozle (a concert with a bunch of bands) with my friend who I really really like, and he likes me too. But I have a boyfriend =\ and my boyfriend might go to the concert too, but with his friends. What if like something happens between me and the guy I'm going with?
