I am getting really broody and would really like to become a mum?

The problem is we have �5000 worth of debt. I am 21 and my fiancee is 30 we have been together 7 years but i dont think my partner really wants one due to financal worries of how we would afford things if only one of us were working. I really dont know wat to do for the best?? Does anyone know wat sort of help we would get financal wise and how much roughly to expect a month?? We are both on really low salaries and mine to work full - time is �11,500 my partners is �20,000.
