I need some advise please, All my accounts are late by almost two months including the house.?

Usually the bank will notify you of the overdraft however because of mailing time, it's often too late to do anything about it. Most banks will cover a single check that bounced but not all of them and the fees continue on and on. It might be best if you still have decent credit to borrow the amount you need to get caught up and then review your budget to increase income and/or reduce expenses until you are out of the crunch. Do you have a family member or close friend or even employer you can borrow from? Make repayment a top priority! Don't worry about foreclosure right now... get your credit back on track and if you want to sell the home, sell it. If you can't afford it, sell it. There's no shame in getting in over your head... alot of us have. The key is to get out of the situation as quickly as possible. If you can't have the best of everything, make the best of everything that you have. Can you pick up a side job or side business? Do you have things you can sell? Can you take in a tenant or roommate? Have you cancelled services that you really cannot afford??? It doesn't have to be one thing or another.
