Why are some Republicans blaming blacks, the poor, and minorities for the foreclosure crisis?

Well not to put to fine a point on it. Let me just ask this. Do you understand what foreclosure means? It means that the person who received the mortgage failed to pay it. These defaults on obligation are in no way effected by how much money any CEO makes. If you want to blame companies for providing mortgages to people without hope of repayment this would be a definite part of the problem, but your position is just laughable at best because it ignores the most basic element of the problem which is failure to pay by mortgage holders.
