Why is it that some say the two witnesses set up the daily sacrifice in the rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem?

The OT was written after the Jews came back from Babylon so the prophecy was written hundreds of years after the fact. The sacrifice was an invention by the Priesthood, not of the law of Moses. Moses brought back ten laws on two small clay tablets and over the years they blossomed into over 600 laws and miraculously they legitimize the priesthood and the law over the Jews. Josephus even claimed the Jews began to call themselves Jews from that time forward, after their return. Jews invented themselves after the return from Babylon so they could press a claim for Jerusalem--why? because they have a religious book that says of their conquest sot that means Jerusalem is their. They stole it by force centuries ago so it is now their homeland? I cannot figure this out myself. So, how can god have all these Jews running around in the desert chasing Moses when they did not exist? Where is the proof of their exodus from Egypt? Where is the proof Moses existed outside the bible? Plus there is the story of the talking snake giving a magic fruit to a little girl and over the centuries this story evolves into the ministry of Jesus Christ and xtians wonder why people don't take them seriously. Think about it, the ministry of Jesus depends on the story of the talking snake to be true. Man did not fall from grace. That is a myth of religion not fact.
