How does a factory crack hundreds of eggs and not get any shell in their product?

A company like Entemann's that makes a nationally-distributed product must obviously use a machine or process to extract the yolk and white of an egg without getting even a bit of shell in their product. My question is: what process does this machine use? A laser to cut the shell cleanly? Do they just mash the eggs and press them through a screen?
