Should I wait for the dream job offer or take what I got?

I have been interviewing with organization A for 5 weeks now (multiple rounds) and they said they would let me know their decision by today (Friday), but now it's COB and I haven't heard anything yet, even though I emailed to ask about my status. This is a position I really want. In the meanwhile, I beat out 200 applicants for a stipend-based internship for organization B in another country that I applied to because the job search hasn't been going well at home. It's an exciting opportunity, but obviously I would take organization A because it's a job, not an internship. However organization B wants me to decide asap and organization A is taking longer and it's not guaranteed and I'd hate the idea of losing out on the second opportunity if I didn't get the first. What should I do?
