How do i acquire some skills in teaching of "the too little things that i know" to another person?

Well teaching is hard and even when it is for an older person. I am some what computer illiterate and i have basically taught myself all that i do know. I can tell you that it is easier when teaching someone to do something that you teache them step by step and do it slow for the comfort of the other person but for you as well. and patients is a vurtue!!!!!! but when you are teaching someone something that they do not know it is hard for them to grasp it if it is all getting thrown at them at the speed of light.
