The fossil record?

Dose this not throw a spanner in the works for believers in God. We know through a thing called proof that the Dino's were on earth millions of years before the first human like mammals. We know that -sapiens were not the only people on the earth what about the Neanderthals. It is so crystal clear that evolution dose happen that my five year old worked it out himself by looking at horse skeletons in his book.
