I want to break up?

Ive been with my boyfriend for 5 years off and on. There was a time when he had a job and his own place and we were doing good.Then he lost his job and his place, that was 2 years ago. Hes in a rap group so now all he wants do is sell his cds to people making chump change, I keep asking him to get a job but all he want to do is sell cds. I even said when he got a job we could work together so we could have our own place and that still didnt work, to make a long story short the relationship hasnt gotten anywhere. All the time hes been bsin I started talking to someone else, and the last time I was with my bf I kept wishing he was the other guy. Basically I need to tell my bf I want to move on, how can I tell him?
