Would a company be willing to pay for my training in IT because I have a Top Secret/SCI clearance?

I will be getting out of the military in January and decided I should start looking for a job now. I had an AA degree in general business before going in and while in the military I learned Mandarin Chinese and got a Top Secret/SCI clearance. My desire is to land a computer related job. Really wanted to finish an IT degree while I was in the military but my work schedule was pretty insane and it didn't materialize. Currently I am just training myself as much as possible when I have off time. Working on getting CompTIA A+ certified and then I will be going for Network+ certification. Are there companies out there that will pay for me to finish IT training just because that is cheaper for them than to hire someone with an IT degree and try to get them a clearance?
