What comic to start reading?

Oki well i aint read comics since i was a kid, i loved Batman and still have a small collection, i started collecting The Darkness years ago and i also loved 2000AD back in the day, but i fancey reading comics again but feel a bit lost in whats out there, i aint realy a fan of anything like Xmen or anything like that, i always enjoyed the dark and moody stuff, so does anyone have an idea what i could look for? i thought maybe Hellblazer? but where do i start????????
