Does your hair have to be kept wet when you're using sun in?

Okay i use sun in all the time. I saw a dramatic change in the way I am doing it so this is what you do: You spray it in when your hair is wet. Keep it wet! When you go out in the sun, let it naturally dry. It works with the sun-rays heat, to dry and color at the same time. I use my blow-dryer though. I put the sun in when my hair is wet, then blow dry it on high and hot with even distribution. After a few applications you will see results.
