2 Tech Questions??????????

A laptop price is determined by its hardware and features. So if it has more features like wifi,blue tooth, web cam etc it will be priced higher. Also if the hardware is faster,cooler,power saving and reliability. Now the mac book air is priced at that price because it is ultra thin and idle for portability. But then again, apple products are ALWAYS highly priced. And who told you changing your wallpaper slows down your computer? It does not unless you have a very old cpu. And it usually takes away video ram. And 4gb is enough for any system.
