Can you help me identify what the name of the food was I ate in Rishikesh, India?

When I was in Rishikesh, India I ate a meal. This meal was like a tortilla, or flat bread thing and it had a bunch of vegetables or peppers or something in it. It also came with a little dipping cup of red saucy stuff. I think the guy there said it was made mostly of potatoes, but I'm not sure if I remember that correctly. It was really spicy and very tasty.
