Will an MRI of my pituitary show my whole brain?

I'm going to an endocrinologist to see if I have something wrong ociated with my glands, pituitary, adrenal etc. because I have symptoms of high cortisol and chronic nausea. If they do an MRI of my pituitary will this also show my brain so I can see if I have anything like a brain tumor? Or will I have to go to a neurologist too?
