What's the meaning of 'Woosteresque chinless wonders' in the following text?

Woosteresque refers to the character of Bertie Wooster in P G Wodehouse's Jeeves and Wooster stories, as played on TV by Hugh Laurie. Wooster is good natured but empty-headed, and contributes very little to society. Chinless wonder refers to the tendency of the upper cles in the UK to have receding chins.
