Small bumps on Hard Palate?

How wonderful to have a picture. Clearly those bumps are due to trauma with a slight secondary infection. You expect them to heal rapidly. Let me give you an example of trauma. Every time I eat pizza and drink beer, I get those bumps. They do exactly what yours do. It doesn't even have to be real hot pizza. I knew what they were and started eating more carefully. Anything that scs your mucosa can do it.
