Should taxpayers fund a shrine to Ted Kennedy for $159 million ?

Ted Kennedy was a lot of things to a lot of people. To honor him with taxpayers money would be an insult to the public. That's the serious deficiency with this "era's" Congress. They have existed too long with no moral comp, self serving and immense ego's NOT seen by the public.
