Chicago Olympic Plans?

Ok, so I have a question. It sorta relates to the 2016 Olympics. Anyways, if Chicago gets the 2016 Olympics, are they going to create a Tram that takes you from the South end by the Museums and the soon to be "One Museum Park" to Millennium Park. Obviously this is not a very long walk, maybe a mile and a half from the museum to the Aon Center, 2 miles at the max, but in between these areas are the heart and sole of the city, and people from out of the country are not going to continuously make this walk. In between, there is the Art Institute, Buckingham Fountain, Millennium Park, Taste of Chicago, and as I said before, the Aquarium and Museum. Here's a picture. a href="http://www.onemuseumpark.com/popup_views_noon.html" rel="nofollow"http://www.onemuseumpark.com/popup_views…/a I know as of now it's not a big deal, but I'm just curious. I anyone knows any other plans for the city/ Olympics (If Chicago gets them), please tell me. Thanks.
